Do you print a catalog?

No, we do not have a catalog. Our product line is ordered from many different sorces and is always changing to bring you new and exciting gift ideas. If you have any special gift requests email or call us, maybe we can find just what you're looking for. Loudkricket strives to sell only merchandise that is of the highest quality possible. We want your shopping experience to be a good one and will do our best to see that it is.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?

Only Florida residents are subject to sales tax, which is 6%. Sorry that's the law.


Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

If you decide that you want to change or cancel an order, it is necessary to do this within one hour. Once your order inters the system due to our rapid turnaround, all orders are final. Orders cannot be changed once they are submitted because it is difficult if not impossible to stop, because If items are low, the system trigers a purchase order for required merchandise to fill your order. In that event the items will be shipped to you and must be handled under the conditions of the return policy, subject to a 10% restocking fee or $10.00 which ever is more.

Why was my credit card denied or in question?

Sorry your credit card company does not reveal that information to us, because of the privacy laws and for your protection. Contact your credit card company for that information.

Your name, address and zip code must match exactly with the billing information on your credit card to complete a sale with Loudkricket. If any information is incorrect it must be verified before your items can be shipped. This is for your protection as well as ours. If your on vacation or a part time resident in a different state, and want your item sent to a different address than the address on your credit card, you only need put your billing address in the place provided and your shipping address in the shipped to address or contact your credit card company and list that address as a secondary address.

Is My Information Secure:

All customer and order information is secure. Loudkricket has taken every precaution to protect your private information. Loudkricket does not sell or trade the contents of our email list to any other company or marketing group. You can be assured that your email address and private information will be kept in the strictest confidence.

Shipping Policies:

Presently we ship only to the 50 United States plus Puerto Rico. Most orders unless otherwise stated are usually shipped in 2 business days from the time we receive your order. All orders are usually shipped using UPS or FedEx or DHL ground . We also use the United States Post Office - sorry, this option is left up to us, we try to send it the least expensive way which allows us to keep our prices low. Other shipping methods include 2 Day Air and Next Day Air, only by request, keeping in mind the additional cost will be passed on to you.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and to Military bases are shipped using insured Priority Air Mail. Please see below for more detail on shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or to Military bases.


Ground transit time is approximately 3 to 6 days from the time your order ships. Shipping via 2 Day Air ensures that your order will arrive 2 business days after your order ships. Shipping via Next Day Air ensures your order to arrive one business day after your order ships. DHL transit time is 1 or 2 business days, after your order ships, depending on your location. Please keep in mind that orders take 2 to 3 days to leave our warehouse (unless otherwise stated on the item page), and when choosing your shipping method that UPS, Federal Express and DHL do not deliver on the weekends or holidays.


Some large items in our store are marked that they only ship by Ground transit. This is usually due to the size, weight or both. If ordering one of these items and you choose a shipping option other than Ground you will be contacted prior to shipping to approve of the Air charges. Air charges can be expensive for these items and we just cannot absorb the extra costs in the order.


Do You Accept PayPal?
