Loudkricket strives to sell only merchandise that is of the highest quality possible. Products that are not useable due to manufacturers' defects will be replaced. The manufactureres, however do not reimburse us for any freight charges, so we ask the customer to return the merchandise to us initially. We will then return the replacement merchandise to you, prepaid at our expense.
Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products that have been mishandled or abused will not be replaced.
Damaged merchandise, i.e. broken ceramics, is replaced at the discretion of Loudkricket customer service department.If your package is damaged in shipping it is the responsibility of the freight company which delivered your item. Loudkricket will be happy to assist you with any information needed to file a claim.
Seasonal merchandise is not subject to return.
If you receive incorrect merchandise or did not receive merchandise you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible by email. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance.
Mugs, plush and other products with flaws can be returned. We try to inspect all merchandise before it is shipped, but occasionally something slips through.
Include a brief letter explaining the defect along with your name, address, phone number, and invoice number.
If you decide that you must return an item, remember to keep a copy of your invoice and/or mailing receipt for you records. All merchandise must be in original packaging and in good resellable condition. Some items by law can not be resold, in either case you will receive a credit or refund for the value of the item only. Shipping is non-refundable. We will accept postage paid returns only after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained, items must be in original packaging. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied after 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
Return policy for defective products:
Item must be sent via UPS or Parcel Post insured to guarantee that your package reaches our warehouse.

Wrong item received.
Wrong quantity received.
Duplicate shippment.
Defective merchandise.
Unacceptable quality.
Wrong item, size or color.
Please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear on you statement.
